We are a 'regular' smog testing station (Test and Repair). We are not a "Test Only" station.  This also means that, should you be failing the test, we can stop the test before the system can 'flunk' your car and throw it into the Test Only division. We'll give you an idea of why your car isn't passing the emissions parameters and give you an estimated price for the repairs. Except in rare circumstances, we guarantee passing the test after our repairs.

• Testing for older cars starts at $65.
• If your car becomes Test Only, it will cost (usually) an additional $20-$40 for each bi-annual test...forever  :(

Capabilities

Since we're a full-service repair facility, we are authorized to replace any and all emissions related equipment. 

Catalytic Converters

One to four per car.

5 year warranty on parts. 

Oxygen Sensors

One to four (!) per car. They constantly monitor the oxygen content in the exhaust gases and feed the data to the computer. This allows the computer to adjust the amount of fuel being delivered to the engine for maximum efficiency.

EGR Valves

Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve.
